Sales Support & Admin Executive

  • Manage the end‑to‑end administrative workflow for marriage applications, including document preparation, data entry, system updates, and submission tracking.
  • Perform quality checks on all incoming documents to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in CRM and document management systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate progression of client applications.
  • Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve delays or outstanding requirements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal queries related to partnership or workflow administration.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and administrative summaries for team and management review.
  • Support audit, governance, and licensing documentation as required.
  • Monitor application pipelines to identify bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Work in an office‑based role with potential for hybrid arrangements depending on business needs.
  • Operate within a secure, regulated environment and handle confidential client and financial information.
  • Occasionally support extended working hours during peak seasons or market launches.
  • Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, client onboarding systems, and document management workflows.
  • Experience in multinational or cross‑border team environments is an advantage.
  • Higher Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
